A.General Terms and Conditions:

    1. The promotional period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
    2. Within the Promotional Period, successful applicants of HelperSurance 4.0 of MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("MSIG") whose relevant application is made on MSIG's insurance application website (https://insure.msig.hk/fubon) accessed through the website of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank”) will be entitled to 30% first-year premium discount offer.
    3. These terms and conditions are related to the promotional offer only. No reference has been made to any MSIG insurance policy ("Policy") or any coverage or content. Customers are advised to read and understand the Policy before applying for the relevant insurance.
    4. Fubon Bank and MSIG reserve the right to vary or terminate the promotional offer at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
    5. All matters or disputes in relation to the promotional offers and the interpretation of terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of Fubon Bank and MSIG, which shall be final and binding.
    6. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions and any details of the promotional Offer, the English version shall prevail.

In case you file a written complaint regarding the selling process or processing of the related transaction to Fubon Bank and the complaint is an “Eligible Dispute(s)” as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, Fubon Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with you if the Eligible Dispute cannot be resolved after Fubon Bank has issued the final written reply. If the complaint / dispute is related to the policy terms and conditions of the product, it should be resolved directly between MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited and you. Nevertheless, where practicable and appropriate, Fubon Bank will provide reasonable assistance to customers in the dispute resolution process.
  6. Levy collected by the Insurance Authority (if any) has been imposed on this policy at the applicable rate and would be remitted in accordance with the prescribed arrangements. For further information, please visit www.ia.org.hk/en/levy.
  7. MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. and its principal place of business in Hong Kong is at 9/F, 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong.
  8. The English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

Important Notes:

  1. This plan is only applicable for the foreign domestic helper who is employed by You for full time domestic duties and is aged between 16 and 65.
  2. A standard Employment Contract as specified by the Director of Immigration (Hong Kong) must be entered into between You and the insured Domestic Helper, and it shall be effective on/before the Policy Effective Date.
  3. The insured Domestic Helper must hold a valid employment visa issued by Hong Kong Immigration Department in connection with the employment between You and the insured Domestic Helper for the full time domestic duties as specified in the standard Employment Contract. 
  4. The insured Domestic Helper shall work in the address as specified in the standard Employment Contract during the period of insurance.
  5. The 14-day waiting period from the effective date of the insurance is applicable under - Clinical Expenses, Surgical and Hospitalisation Expenses, Service Interruption Cover and Dental Expenses for each Domestic Servant.
  6. The premium has included the Employees' Compensation Insurance Levy.

  • Routine examination, scaling, polishing or cleaning and crowning
  • Repatriation or transportation of mortal remains originating outside Hong Kong
