From 1 Jan 2024 to 28 Feb 2025, customers who take out iTravel Plus single or annual travel insurance policy are entitled to the free COVID-19 daily cash benefit ^. As a token of appreciation to the continued support of our customers, all existing iTravel Plus (Annual) policies # can enjoy this benefit for free so you can travel worry-free.

COVID-19 related benefits include:

  • $500 daily cash benefit up to 10 days if the insured person is quarantined or hospitalised overseas as a result of being diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Cover trip cancellation or postponement due to COVID-19 diagnosis prior to trip commencement
  • Cover trip curtailment or disruption due to COVID-19 diagnosis during the trip
  • Cover medical expenses for overseas hospitalisation incurred by COVID-19 treatment

Terms and Conditions
  • The promotion period is from 1 Feb 2025 until 28 Feb 2025 (both days inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
  • Offers under the promotion are available to successful applicants of iTravel Plus (Single Trip) and iTravel Plus (Annual) Insurance of MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("MSIG") through WeChat Pay during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer").
  • All discounts and rewards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. MSIG can replace the rewards with alternative rewards without prior notice.
  • MSIG reserves the right to vary or terminate the offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  • All matters or disputes in relation to the promotional offers and the interpretation of terms and conditions herein shall be subject to the decision of MSIG, which shall be final and binding.
